Please bring a poem that you love (not written by you) to read at our Poetry Chat.

Please bring a poem that does not go beyond a page maximum, and please bring 12 copies so that we can read it together. Bosselaar writes, “If you would like to share a poem with us, I’ll be delighted, but make sure you have 12 copies of that poem to distribute as a handout. If you have participated in our group before, indicating places to switch readers with double forward slashes (//) would be lovely, but we’ll be happy to read your poem together without the (//) too! I’ll explain more when we meet!”

About the facilitator: Laure-Anne Bosselaar is a Belgian- American poet, translator, professor, and former poet laureate of Santa Barbara, California. She is the author of many award – winning collections of poetry, most recently her 2024 publication of Lately.
