Lowstate is a community of writers, artists, and creatives. Most of us have normal day jobs. But we moonlight as creative writers. Moonlight with us and share your writing.

Our goals are to be accountable to ourselves as writers and to be connected to a writing community. We want to have fun with writing, using nontraditional prompts, constraints, and activities to generate creative and surprising writing.

This month’s theme, “Happiness & Sadness” will be led by Mutaurwa Munemo.
